Product Design and Engineering:
Rapid-Line engineers use the latest 3D & 2D CAD computer software to design and develop the client's products.
Tool Making:
Timson is an expert in making various types of hard tool such as stage, robotic transfer, and progressive die.
Soft Tool Prototyping and Production:
Timson had set up a huge capacity of the soft tool prototyping and production. The major facilities are as follows: CNC Turret presses including 7 sets of automatic & flexible machines. Laser cutting including 7 sets of automatic & flexible machines from 1,000 through 4,000 watts. Press brakes (52 Sets of high accuracy of NC Press brakes).
Metal Stamping:
57 sets of different character of stamping machines. The capacities span 60 up to 600 tons. There had managed to fit low, medium and high quantities.
Assembly and Packaging:
Five sets of conveyer assembly line from simple assemblies to complex finished products.
